Our Procedures
We meticulously follow a stringent set of procedures to uphold the highest standards in our service delivery.
Quality Assurance
At ADPS, we have established a comprehensive quality system that spans every stage of our operations, from development and manufacturing to installation and processing. Our integrated quality system, coupled with our defect tracking database and advanced quality methodologies, empowers us to consistently deliver results that not only meet but often exceed our customers’ expectations for sustainable rehabilitation.
Our company adheres to task-specific quality assurance procedures for all our processes and products, and we create new ones as needed for any additional techniques or products that may be introduced. These quality assurance procedures align with our company’s Quality Manual and are founded on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, as well as client specifications, equipment, and material manufacturer’s guidelines.
Our rigorous Quality Assurance procedures encompass the comprehensive and precise recording of all parameters necessary to achieve project success. For each project, we compile and implement a customized Quality Plan.

Safety Collaboration and Enforcement
During regular toolbox meetings, all staff actively participates in the formulation of site-specific hazard identification and safety procedure planning. We conduct thorough risk management assessments for all new hazards and promptly communicate the results to our employees. This information helps us collectively eliminate, minimize, or isolate potential hazards, fostering a safer work environment.
We strictly enforce adherence to the site-specific Health and Safety Plan for all employees. Moreover, procedures governing personnel entry into confined spaces align with the provisions outlined in the contract documents and the site-specific safety plan, ensuring that we always meet the highest safety standards.
Our commitment to safety extends to road operations when required. We adhere to the UAE’s Traffic regulations, meticulously compiling Traffic Management plans. These plans are submitted to the appropriate authorities for approval when our work involves road-related activities. Approved copies of these traffic management plans are always present at the work site during operations.
In instances where a sewer pipeline survey is necessary, and the flow within the line is substantial, bypassing flows becomes a necessity to minimize spillage. ADPS implements a bypassing method that redirects flow. Temporary bypass lay-flat hoses and pumps are strategically installed to divert sewerage flow from the upstream manhole to the downstream manhole. The sizes of the pumps and hoses are tailored to the specific flow within the line, and ADPS possesses the expertise to effectively manage sewerage flows during surveying work.
Our Project Manager assumes the critical role of supervising and directing our employees and subcontractors, ensuring that all work aligns with the contract requirements. The supervisor serves as the contractor’s agent, fully qualified to implement the contract specifications outlined in the contract documents. They are readily available for any necessary on-call duties.
The supervisor’s responsibilities encompass various aspects, including quality control of services, maintaining cleanliness standards, work scheduling, sequencing operations, on-site inspections, stock requisitioning, material issuance, inventory and storage control, report writing, general problem-solving, and investigating any complaints reported by the Client’s designated representative.
We also maintain a list of at least three emergency telephone numbers for management-level and supervisory personnel. These authorized individuals can dispatch backup working crews promptly in the event of an emergency service requirement as per the contract’s provisions, ensuring a swift and effective response to any unforeseen circumstances.
Prior to commencing any inspection or rehabilitation work, we prioritize clear communication with residents or property occupants who may be affected by the upcoming activities. This communication is in the form of written notifications, detailing the nature, extent, and anticipated duration of the intended works. When access to private property is potentially required, we formally request permission in writing before initiating any work. In cases where consent for access is denied, we promptly inform the client or principal and actively engage in finding a mutually agreeable solution that satisfies all involved parties.
We maintain a comprehensive record of areas that may be impacted by our operations, capturing them through video or still photographs. These records serve as valuable references throughout the contract, ensuring that all properties are restored to a condition equal to or better than their initial state. This process aims to meet the standards and expectations of property owners or residents.
Every member of our company staff is equipped with identification cards bearing their photograph, the company’s name, the name of their assigned contact, and a statement explicitly indicating that they are not authorized to collect money. We require our staff to always wear these identification cards while on duty. Additionally, they are trained to consistently exhibit polite and courteous behaviour when interacting with members of the public, fostering positive community interactions.
