The Management Team together with Business Development, Account and Finance Department, HR, Procurement, IT and Public Relationship are all based in the Head Office Premises in Musafah in Abu Dhabi.

Headed by Dr. Akram Dilaimi, who has more than 30 years of experience in pipeline rehabilitation, managing some of the largest and technically most demanding rehabilitation projects undertaken anywhere in the world. He has started the same business more than 20 years ago in New Zealand and is the founder and partner of ADPS in Abu Dhabi .
His valuable experience has contributed to the procurement of latest UV equipment and establishment of partnership with International material and equipment suppliers in the field.
We have tried and tested documentation systems for Projects Management, H & S Management, and Quality Assurance Management. These systems have been proven in many successful rehabilitation, cleaning and CCTV inspection projects.
The engineering and technical services are based on our offices in Mina Port area in addition to our warehouse in Musafah.
